Kerry Eddy
CHIEF CONSTRUCTION OFFICER
Kerry Eddy has over 27 years of commercial and residential construction experience. He is the Chief Construction Officer for Innate Concepts. Eddy began his career in framing, drywall, and finishing commercial projects for TheBuckle. Five years into his career, he became a site supervisor. Eddy did various commercial construction projects until opening and operating his own company in 2010, Tri-City Drywall and Construction. His company specialized in steel-stud framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, and interior trim work. Eddy’s company began as a sub-contractor on Scott Rief’s first project, TalonApartments. In late 2021, Eddy joined Innate Concepts to oversee projects from procurement through project site completion

Audrey Lutz Musilek
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Audrey Lutz Musilek is the Chief Operating Officer for Innate Concepts. She aligns strategic, financial, and operational goals with the company’s vision and mission. She ensures systems and processes adequately support the daily business functions of the company and implements financial procedures and organizational policies and programs to drive the company’s operating capabilities. She has her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma. She has spent her career previously in nonprofit administration. Audrey has served on local Boards of Directors, and she is the current President for the Grand Island Public Schools Foundation. She is a graduate of the TEAM: Building Culture, Leadership Tomorrow, and Nonprofit Excellence Institute. She is certified in Technology of Participation facilitation methods.

Scott Rief
PRESIDENT
Scott Rief is a Nebraska community developer and entrepreneur. In 2007, he launched his career in chiropractic, where he expanded his single office practice into one of largest chiropractic companies in the state. Five years later, he began investing in real estate at first through single-family homes and then advanced into multi-family properties. In 2016, Rief broke ground on his first multi-family development known as Talon Apartments in Grand Island, Nebraska. His developments, which he oversees from design through construction and management, now include Prairie Heights Apartments in Lexington, Legacy Bend in Norfolk, Element 30 in Kearney, and Legacy 34 in Grand Island. Rief is the President of Full Circle Services, Inc., which provides all the management and maintenance of his real estate assets. Innate Concepts is the brand for Rief’s rapidly growing real estate development and holding company.

Andrew Toupin
CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Andrew Toupin is the Chief Development Officer. He has been working on Innate Concepts’ projects since construction of their first development in 2016, at first through Olsson and now directly for the company. Toupin has his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has over 15 years of experience in construction and project management. He oversees company developments from design through site preparation phases, and serves as the liaison between the company’s architecture, engineering, and city partners.
